Certifications, are they Important ?

The following are taken from the New Merriam-Webster Dictionary & the NIV Bible.
1. Certificate: A document testifying to the truth of a fact that one has fulfilled certain
requirements [as of a course or school] : a document evidencing ownership or debt.
2. Certification: The act of certifying : the state of being certified.
3. Certify : To endorse officially.
In today's society the most common factor in a good paying level of employment requires
being certified. By now your probably asking yourself what does this have to do with the Christian Martial Arts Association.
Would you like to take a guess? Think about the key phrase, being certified. In the field that
I specialize in there are only three of us in the U.S. and Canada that have been trained and
certified to do our job. This is a blessing from God, because this holds weight where ever we
travel in this world for the future of the field we represent.
The Holy word of God contains numerous certifications. Could you not agree that Christ was certified. What about the Profits and Disciples. Well if not, then think about the key meaning in these verses taken from the Bible.
John 3:16-17
[16] For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
[17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Proof that Christ was certified by God. No one else could do what you just read. It clearly states Christ only. The Profits in the Old Testaments were chosen by God to have done, what they have. The Disciples [Matthew 4:19] who were called by Christ, which were certified by God.
Our eternal destination was placed in the hands of Christ. God being made in the flesh, [John 1:1-14] who alone could only do what was done. For no man could live a life sinless, but God becoming man did. This is my Son, in whom I am well pleased; I and my Father are one. Christ the eternal image of God; if you have seen me, then you have seen the Father. Do these sound
familiar? They are all verses from the Bible.
If God certified the ones he sent then they had to be prepared or trained, if you will allow me to phrase it this way. There for if the one who certified them sent them, he to was the one who trained them. This was done through his Holy Spirit. We all are being trained for something in life, from birth until death. Let us do it for the glory of God. Only that which is done for Christ will last, store up your treasures in heaven, not for this life. But God will provide for all your needs, according to his riches in glory.
So what good does a piece of paper on your wall do, everything that you are working for. So be true to your students and allow them to receive what they rightfully deserve. A certified legitimate rank. After all they've worked just as hard for it as you have. CMAA is a legitimate certified, registered association [ U.S. P.T.O. No.. 2,119,403 ].
